A little about myself:
I am Turkish as some of you may know and some of you may guess. I live in Istanbul.

I love drawing and painting but to my everlasting sarrow I was never able to pursue it in college or in professional life. So art and all forms art became what I live for in my private life.

I love sculpting. I worked mostly with clay and wood but I never got around to working with stone or plastics. Since 2003 I have been deeply involved in bone carving. Bone is a very interesting medium to work with and the results are very decorative.

I am very interested in photography but I never got around to learning this wonderful medium properly. So I made it a point to be on the look out for any opportunity to take courses.

My drawings are not exactly for the faint of heart. I love body manipulation. So my fantasy drawings are heavily tattooed and pierced. I find tattooes and piercings to be very spiritual I believe that the human body is a gift and decorating it is a sacred act.

I hope visitors will enjoy my gallery.

  • Personal Quote: Monsters are real but not all of them are evil, the worst kind of evil comes from man's own kin

It's been a while again

i just saw that the last journal entry was about Harry Potter. that was definately a while ago. Avatar has come and has not passsed yet. I think 3D is the new film media and there will be so many more coming. Case in point Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland. Of course this has a down side to it. You can only watch it in the theaters since it's almost pointless to buy a film like Avatar on DVD and try to watch it at home.

we can expect a new revolution in home entertainment soon. it was not long ago when home surround sound was a dream. now it is not unreasonable to think about 3D home entertainment.
